Well they didn't really change anything from the onset of the Wii phenomenon to the end of it. The only thing that changed was that Apple entered the market with an easier, cheaper, simpler alternative, and that lowest common denominator audience flocked to the new hotness, while the traditional audience had already

I never said that market was a niche.

I honestly didn't like A New Hope much more than RoTJ. Empire is the only one I really liked of any of the Star Wars movies, and yes obviously it wasn't market tested.

It has the largest number of total sales of the three consoles. Yes. It established one hell of a lead, very quickly.

Jar Jar Binks helped Star Wars sell a shit ton to kids.

It was a very nice, short-term boon for Nintendo.

Riiiiiiight. Ok then, crazy person.

Interesting. It must be wonderful for all the results you agree with to be based on infallible methodology, while all the results you disagree with are...eehhhhhh..

I never said there were zero women out there playing such games. I'm a woman. I play those games.

I wouldn't smash the Xbox 360 just yet, cause the lineup on the PS4 is pretty trashy. I bought it cause I'm an AC fangirl and wanted the best version of AC4, plus it's new and shiny.

Interesting. I've never met anybody who didn't agree that the dual-shock 3 is one of the worst controllers ever made.

Why? If you perceive yourself as having been overlooked or looked down on for your passions/interests/hobbies for most of your life, why would you suddenly be open to inviting those who looked down on you to join the party?

PR as relates to the hardcore gaming segment that will make up the majority of early adopters?

Whether women play videogames is probably much less important to them right now than what percentage of early adopters for new videogame consoles are women.
