I was thinking about the Mercedes S-coupe today and I wondered why the competitors of Mercedes don’t have a competitor for the S-coupe. I know that BMW has the Rolls-Royce Wraith and that Audi/VAG has the Bentley Continental but to consider an AMG product in the same breath as a Rolls Royce seems almost silly.
I just realized that I quite like the Audi S3 but only in hatchback form and being a US resident means I’m not allowed to have one. First time I could actually afford a Euro-only car that I wanted and now I’m sad I can’t get one.
It’s the end of the week and I want to know what everyone thinks about an automotive hypothetical to ponder through the weekend.
I need a new car. It has to be somewhat practical (four doors and a trunk) but still fun to drive.
