I prefer to think of Montana roads as a quantum superposition of two states.

Oh ok, so you are perfectly ok with using paying customers to beta test features that put others on the road at risk eh? I see you’ve drank the Tesla Kool-Aid. I assume you had the same reaction to the FCA gear shifter “issue"?

I can’t wait until Elon Musk whines and bitches like a sissy on Twitter once people again start questioning how safe it is to have a public “beta” of an “autopilot” feature.

If you put two beta teslas in the same parking lot they will try to kill each other.

Probably they need more drive themselves to test an experimental feature? than relying on the drive of the people?

You beta come up with some better puns than that.

He should have used the term “pilot” instead of Beta, so people would be piloting the autopilot feature.

One billion miles!

Come on, Tesla, can’t you do any beta than this?

That’s pretty much what this article is.

That was a sterling interview. Just crackingly good.

All that them there turnin’ got ‘em spun around!

Says you. I’d love more street races, and I’m sure those racing enthusiasts who don’t live super close to a track would as well.

welp on the upside.. maldonado might join indycar that should bring in crowds :D

I agree. They bent over backwards and allowed the Ford GT entry to the series, strictly for nostalgic and PR reasons.

Frontal area, coefficient of drag, etc. Just looking at the cars I would bet the GT is much more aerodynamically efficient and would be seconds a lap quicker than everyone else if everyone was limited to the same horsepower.

I don’t think they actually sell the new Ford GT yet. The other racing teams in the series voted to allow the Ford team to compete before they met all the requirements for having a street car that was actually sold. I commend them for being will to take the chance and let more competitors in for a better series.
