Nah, no Gillard. It was Tommy Keene and Chris Slusarenko on guitar, John Moen on drums, and some guy I didn't recognize on bass.

I kinda hope Pollard tours with Doug Gillard again. I never got to see any of the pre-reunion shows.

The Boston Spaceships show I saw in Atlanta a few years ago wound up being released as the official bootleg Licking Stamps And Drinking Shitty Coffee. It was good!

"I also wasn't offended by anything she said, I just didn't find her very funny. Definitely the low point of a pretty great season so far."

@Curly Jefferson - I have the F&G set and still have never bothered listening to any of the commentary tracks. Was he a dick behind the scenes or something?

God, I used to LOVE Ron & Fez. I was a daily listener until East Side Dave left and it began to seem like every show revolved around Fez's mental issues. Has it gotten any better?

Yeah, I wasn't familiar with Rebecca Corry, but she carried a really unpleasant attitude most of the episode. I enjoy more than my share mean-spirited comedy, but it helps to actually be funny.

Agreed. I was really surprised by how open she was about her brother. I've really been enjoying Gilmartin's podcast.

Doug does deserve some credit from throwing in a Stop Making Sense reference with the big suit Doug came up with when they had that shitty band.

Speaking of revisiting old Nicktoons shows, I recently watched a couple of old Ren & Stimpy episodes on Netflix, and I was really shocked by what they got away with on a children's network. I mean, I always knew it was gross, but how the 10 year-old me ever watched Ren pluck his nerve endings out of his gums without

@Paradox - Which one? I really like the one they released today. I laughed like an idiot at Brett Gelman's Jesus bit.

Is it a bonus episode, or is it just an early dropping of next week's show since Monday is the 4th?

I've never heard it edited on the radio, but then again, I don't think I've actually heard it turn up on regular radio in a while. I hearing Pink Floyd's "Money" uncut all the time during the 90s, and now whenever I hear it on the radio, it's edited. Same with the "Haven't seen a goddamn thing" line in "Life in the

No mention of Take No Prisoners?
That's a fun one.

Wow, and so soon after talk about "integrity" on WTF
He's in The Zookeeper too!

Wow, way to misspell "premiere," jerk.

Not a bad premier
The only thing that really bugged me about this episode was its continuing of the show's tradition for half-assed wrap-ups to conflicts. Oh, Esteban? He died in prison! Don't need to worry about him anymore.

Oh, and yes, please keep reviewing the show.

I wouldn't worry about Celia coming back. Elizabeth Perkins is probably gone for good.
