I am studying for a Highway Engineering and Transport Planning Masters Degree in the UK and I’ve always been curious about highway improvements and signals and junction design in the US. Does anyone know where I can find more information on this sort of thing?

In the UK the vast majority of family sized cars are small capacity diesels. Your 3, 5 series’ A4s etc. Even the vast majority of the 4 series coupe are 420d.
