Versus the time when they were more expensive (inflation is a bitch) and generally had only 4 years per cycle?

Well. It's becoming more and more difficult to ignore this game. I might have to play it after I Platinum DMC. Stupid free PS Plus games. And stupid habit of mine of always wanting to Platinum/100% games before I move on to the next one.

Great news, Halo isn't dead.

Fallout 4 would cause me to buy which ever console got it first and me giving up on leaving the house for at least 2 weeks. Then I would buy it on PC and mod it like crazy and play a couple of more years....like what i did with fallout 3 and NV :). (fallout 3, nv, and me trilogy are the only games i bought on pc and

I'd say he's got a 99% probability of being the villain.

the most recent case of that happening was the last Twilight book called Midnight Sun which never got finished because it leaked out.

does anyone else realize how crazy this is? like only 10 years ago, if you were a fan of some medieval fantasy book thing, you'd be consider a nerd (in not the good way), pretty much same thing with the Walking Dead, but now both are like the biggest pop culture phenomenons.

Psh, I can always tell. I got an uncle who works at Nintendo.

Please tell me how to get wherever it is you are if this mirrors real life.

It's not a democracy; it's not a gestalt. "We" aren't making this show. They make it; we consume. Or not. That is the relation ship and that's it. Our participation as the audience is entirely binary. Which is good and proper. These people are paid a lot of money to bring their vision home. Not the "community"

friends. They want to play with friends.

It's the year 2014? We should all listen and adapt? Really? Is this politically correct platitude the best you have to offer to a debate that has been going on since humans were able to write, Nathan?

"Hurting people" for not getting into the internet shitstorm about the show's content for the billionth time? What? Let them do their own craft. I couldn't give a crap that they rightfully choose to ignore all the noise from Internet commentators who wants to shame and throw their influence around towards the creators.

Fuck that, it's not a problem at all.

Weiss and Benioff have done a fucking incredible job of keeping the quality of GoT consistent and are telling the story exactly how they want to tell it. The fact that HBO hasn't stepped in and asked for, or flat out demanded, massive changes and are letting them execute it the way

There will always be enthusiasts that prefer physical media over digital. That's why vinyl is not only still around, but thriving. It may not be Blu Ray, but some form of physical media will stick around for movies because collectors will always want to have the physical disc and the artwork of the package.

Wait. You... Still buy DVDs? You know they're 480p, right? As in, like, what the Wii output. That blocky mess that is the SD DVD video on a beautiful 1080p display? My heart stopped.

I DIDN'T ENJOY THINGS OTHER PEOPLE ENJOYED

Because it had great characters who gave great performances, and the overall atmosphere of the show was compelling. It's really that simple.

Many reasons:
1. Their emphasis on story and character development first over visuals
2. Stories that aren't tied into real world passing pop culture fads, more timeless themes
3. Humor that isn't tied too closely to passing pop culture fads and references
4. Creative minds ALSO the ones in charge of the studio (at least
