Thanks for the extra information - sounds like it's definitely worth a look then, even if I don't end up using the social side of it.

I've been using Habit Streak Plan recently, which is simple but doesn't have the greatest user interface, so I've been thinking of switching.
cd RetroPie/emulators/RetroArch/tools ./retroarch-joyconfig >> ~/RetroPie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg
Firefox works for me (I'm on the latest version - 23.0.1)
I tried turning it off over the last week as I hadn't heard it for a while, so I thought it wasn't helping. I've definitely been feeling more groggy (groggier?) in the mornings though which shows that it had been helping me without me realising!
I use Gentle Alarm for Android as it has the option to add a 'pre alarm' which is very quiet and therefore only wakes you if you are in light sleep. You can change the length of time it takes to raise the alarm volume too, which is useful.
Vote: Handbrake
It doesn't work for the UK - click the plus symbol next to the incompatibility message on Google Play, for me it said "This item cannot be installed in your device's country"
'adventurous spirit' - I thought we were talking about beers here ;)
