Funny thing about SNW is that “The Cage” happened prior to Discovery Season 2.  This show is set in the 10 years between “The Cage” and “Where No Man Has Gone Before”.

The problem with that is what happens if you live in Vancouver but work in Portland? Half of your miles would be from Oregon roads. Also a family from Walla Walla taking their RV on a 5000 mile road trip around the US. Would only the Washington Miles of the trip count?

Genuine question.  How the hell would they enforce this?  Will all cars be required to install some GPS chip?  Surely there is no legal means of the state requiring the tracking of all motor vehicles?
