The irony is the system is set up that way because they were afraid the crime statistics would appear to be racist. Can we talk about the fact that the Romulan clearly said that she had been waiting 30 years for Kahn to show up and all of this was supposed to happen in 1992?

I just want to know why this movie takes place in 1994.  Doesn’t that invalidate all the previous movies?  I mean, you would think someone would have told Sam Witwicky about that time Unicron came 15 years ago.

I just can’t get excited for Disney animation anymore.  Maybe part of it is because it costs over $100 to take my family to see a movie now.  

I for one hope that this thing ends with Ezra Miller handing his boots to Grant Gustin and saying “You’re the Flash now dog!”  And Grant looking at him confused.

The Enterprise-G is a nod to the original series bible of TNG. Roddenberry originally wanted TNG to be about the Enterprise-G. But others pointed out that not enough time had passed for there to be 7 other ships so they went with D instead.

They needed the TNG crew on their own for that moment.  Seven and Raffi will get their time to shine.  (My money is still on Janeway showing up at the time of utmost need to save Seven.)

I think the Jack having the sheer willpower to overcome the Queen will play a factor. But I think it’s going to be a run and gun sort of scenario.
