It’s almost as if Jalopnik writers are aware that hate posts on Tesla and Musk bring more clicks and therefore ad revenue.

one of those is a Hilux, the other is a Land Cruiser. You’ll note it says something on the door, that something is this badge.
Toyota HiLux, obviously:

What you said is kinda blaming the victim here... even if the driver wasn’t signalling a turn the car slowing down with its brake lights on was more than enough to alert anybody behind to slow down so it’s 100% the truck driver’s fault.
This just in:
if you think any modern car is underpowered you probably need to up your driving skills
Im at 330,000 miles on mine and its running like a top.
I don’t care that it’s probably not, the Toyota 1FZ never gets its dues in these lists.
Yeah sure, if you’ve got absolutely zero imagination.
No, they absolutely refurbish them. Though the casing would be trashed.
Beside the potential to also crack off. The fitting for the hose has no flare and may work itself off.
But, wouldn’t his current position disprove most of what he’s saying?
So a black man and some very smart people spend 10 months researching the fact that there is a race problem in F1 and produce a 93 page report as evidence... but they’re the racists?
Oh my God. Go to hell. And also take my star and save me a seat while you’re there.
I’m the first person toe say fuck Tesla and fuck Elon, but in this particular case I am not so sure. This “repair” is super janky and is going to fail. They cut off the old fitting and replaced it with a brass unit that will likely warp... this isn’t a repair that is going to end well.
The $16,000 cost was to change…
Fair enough my dude. I knew better than to respond to a Tesla article with a defensive viewpoint and did it anyway.
Fun fact. There are almost 200,000 vehicle fires reported annually in the USA. Vast majority of fires are cars filled with explode liquid fuel. I’m not Tesla apologist, but it appears to be Jalopnik’s goal to showcase every Tesla fire.
Tell that to the texas tards that run the state. And then there’s just a bunch of uneducated stupid people. Good luck with that.
Contrary to popular (American) belief, guns aren't the solution to every problem.
