“You can’t fight City Hall.”

That’s a super common thing in this part of Pennsylvania.

Did you read the article?  He used the sign after he was unable to get any buyers from his online ads.

So?  They aren’t hurting you.

Greedy idiots. He was actually willing to pay their BS ticket, but then they decided to see how much more they could shake out of his pockets.

As I have gotten older, I have learned to not let things bother me if I am going to never think about them again in 20 minutes. More people need to go back to not worrying about other peoples business.

Why do you "loath people who do this"?  I am legitimately curious and a little confused

See “Retired school teacher”. “Internet” is where his bass and crappie go.

Between this week’s Beavis and Butthead and last week’s sketch where she awkwardly flailed through the wall with a giant globe on her head, they’ve really been getting Heidi Gardner.

I thought this was a strong episode, even if like in other episodes there was a dud or two in there. I appreciate not everyone likes corpsing/breaking but it’s usually endearing and makes me laugh with them when it happens at least. If the practice ESG or believe in diversity, it is because those things make them money, not because they are being run by “woke

So we can say... it was a passing attraction?

Other way around. Now, a lot of this is speculative, since it’s super duper secret, but Hubble was almost certainly based on the design of the KH-11 Block 1 imaging satellites, which are the successors to the KH-9 satellites, which were themselves declassified just over a decade ago despite having gone into service in

That could be more practical than trying to do a servicing mission, absent a platform as massive as Shuttle to carry the replacement gyros *and* transport/house the servicing crew *and* capture the Hubble *and* act as the work platform. And I think that idea has been floated before, in at least some form. One extra

damn that sounds awesome! hopefully they will film everything so we can see it on a giant IMAX screen.
