Holy smokes, a decent episode for once. Well, mostly. The Hilltop stuff was really good, and Samantha Morton is great. Horrible Henry is the fly in the ointment but hopefully he’ll either end up as zombie nosh or run off to the sunset with Alpha’s daughter at the end of the season, never to be seen again.

I Am Legend was abysmal, some of the least convincing CGI I’ve seen with that kind of budget. Not to mention the happy ending. I guess I’ll be long dead before they finally make a faithful adaptation of the book.

Meh. It looked gorgeous but the story became tedious pretty quickly and some of the acting was CW level bad. Particularly the latina cop, just dreadful. I think one season is enough for me.

Sad, sad news. Been a fan since the early 80s, and was stoked to finally see them live in 2011, a few months before Jones passed away. They were quite brilliant and performed the whole of the “Head” album after an interval. Tork was quite the talent, playing guitar, banjo, french horn and piano during the show. RIP…
