Never mind the opening shot, Arquette was just phenomenal in that panic attack scene. Not to mention how Stiller can deliver such a tense episode yet still make me guffaw laughing, specifically when Lyle rushed off to pay the restaurant bill before taking his wife to hospital.

The actors are really bringing it to this show, Eric Lange is just amazing as Lyle. Hard to believe it’s the same guy from Narcos.

The scenes in the basement with the lights from their glasses illuminating the scene was superb and really effective. Gotta feel for Tilly’s husband, even though he’s insanely dumb. I’m avoiding googling the real story so I’m kind of anxious for him, I hope they don’t take him out when they escape.

I’m glad they’re throwing a little dark comedy into the mix, Call Of The Wild dude was hilarious :D

Just started this, Arquette is incredible. Shame there’s so few comments, if this episode is anything to go on it’s shaping up to be something truly special.

How about an article on spin-offs we were promised, wanted but never got, grrr. Like the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. one set around Bobbi and Hunter? That still hurts :(

Forgot to say, it’s a shame we never got to see Jiya’s visions of an apocalyptic future pan out. All those shots throughout the seasons where she’s seeing the Golden Gate Bridge in ruins in some kind of post-nuclear war future were intriguing and I longed for an episode where they jump ahead instead of back

Shame to see Timeless go, season one was very hit and miss but the second season was just unmissable TV for me. This finale was a touch underwhelming but it’s hard to be critical, considering they had to tie all the loose threads together in a 2 hour episode rather than a final season. I guess I agree they did a

Just finished this season and it’s a weird experience, both frustrating and hugely enjoyable in equal measure. I love the Jimmy & Kim stuff but Mike, the Germans and the superlab stuff doesn’t do anything for me. The longer it goes on the more frustrated I get because I want the story to get back to you know, the

Yes, I love that vibe the album gives off too. In fact, gonna give it a spin right now :D

Daredevil 3 worse than Defenders? Cage 2 worse than Cage 1? Thanks for the chortle.

I’m not sure I agree. Even McCartney himself described it as “filler”. Not that I agree with him, but I’m biased being a Beatles fanatic. However I do see it as a transitional album and more of a bridge between Beatlemania and “studio” Beatles. I do wish they’d gone with “Leave My Kitten Alone” rather than “Mr

Tony Soprano would have loved Gosling. A Gary Cooper type if ever there was one.

Enjoyable enough, but a shame they decided to fill some of it with fiction pandering to Hollywood’s tastes, like the pointless romance between the two Jewish agents, and the attempts at turning it into an action movie with “plucky heroes escaping at the last second” scenes that didn’t happen in reality. The story

Avengers Badname more like.

He looks like a weird cross between Glenn Close and Art Garfunkel. Oh, and a troll gonk.

This news annoys. Those first few Buzzcocks albums are wonderful. Homosapien is worth checking out too, and his Buzzkunst reunion album with Howard.

Mints and sexual assault.

Just finished this series and although I didn’t rate it as highly as most it was enjoyable for the most part, except for that horrendous last episode. I couldn’t quite believe what I was seeing, pun intended. It was like someone chopped off the final act and replaced it with a Hallmark Christmas feelgood movie. I

Dross. How do people hear these whisperers anyway? Are they using microphones under their masks? Do they have unusually strong vocal chords that make whispers sound like other people’s shouts? I suppose it’s a small blessing that the walkers aren’t evolving, that would be a new low even for this show.
