Most of your comments say literally the same thing about it being a two hour road trip with cardboard cutouts, or bitch at other people for bitching at you. They say nothing about WHY the characters appear as cardboard cutouts to you. There’s one in there about the CGI not being good. Which is kind of a poor complaint…

I don’t understand your beef here. Most narratives are structured so that the characters and their conflicts represent one big theme/buzzword.

But his spotter should have. Karam kept moving up up up and up. Also, he should have known Sato would want to try something. Familiarity with who you’re driving with helps a lot to avoid accidents like this.

Honestly feel like Karam should have known he was there. Somebody should have been in his ear “three-wide three-wide, still three-wide”, and space should have been left. Bold and brash move by Sato, but that’s how he drives. Most everyone in the field should be familiar with how certain people race you by now.

The original cars were homologation specials, I’d say it’s appropriate.

I would have thought for sure Billy O would have put the kibosh on this already. He doesn’t the seem the type to want this kind of distraction around.
