Kinda annoyed by David Cross dropping the "I don't have HBO" line. One step from "I don't even own a tv." But then again, maybe he was taking a shot at them for the way they screwed up Mr Show

Fargo > True Detective

Haha and he said they needed the scene of Tommy's ass to "sell the movie." So many classic parts. I'm going to re-read that book every 10 years until I'm dead

Just now watching. Megan has the worst mom ever. What kind of person would leave their young daughter alone in a world like that? WTF?

You young whippersnappers could have also mentioned their dominant thursday night of the 80's With The Cosby Show, Family Ties, Cheers… among others. Life didn't start with Seinfeld

Arrow, The Flash, The 100, Person of Interest, Tim and Eric, Silicon Valley… all worthy choices. But Saturday Night Live? Seriously? That show is legitimately bad.

30 rock is awesome. Parks and Rec is awesome. Veep is awesome. I'm not saying I'm anti-female-led comedies. I'm just Not a fan of broad city (even though I've honestly only seen 1.5 episodes) and it makes perfect sense to me that this site would overrate it.

Broad City is two women heading a comedy sketch show. So of course it is going to be overrated by this website.

I'm glad they get to finish the story but 6 episodes is kinda lame. Oh well it's better than nothing

I don't watch Saturday Night Live. But I did happen to catch the weekend update part last night. It was pretty bad. That's all I got.

wow he really over-analyzed Mixology

lol me neither

Agreed. I hated season 5 of Justified. I didn't give a crap about any of the bad guys and Michael Rappaport's accent was so distracting that it made me want to fast forward his scenes

I gave up on Orphan Black towards the end of Season 2. I quit caring what was happening and watching it felt like homework. I didn't make it to the dance scene but it looks terrible. Disappointing because I loved the first season.

There are millions of bad movies. But only a few special ones that are "so bad they are good" to the point of being delightful. It doesn't have a huge cult following all over the world for nothing

yeah but this book is specifically about the shooting of the movie and what went in to almost every scene plus how it was cast etc. Seems like they are companion pieces

After years have passed and I forget a lot of it then I will listen to the audiobook. I'm sure it's great. And yeah I know what you mean. Tommy is quite manipulative but I still find him to be sympathetic somehow

Yeah I guess. But the whole point is that it's incredibly bad. But it isn't painful, it's hilarious. At least I think it is

I just don't get how you can read an entire book describing a film and then not take 90 mins out of your life to watch what you just read about. but that's just me
