Late period sins
Hey guys, I figured this post would be unpopular, and I can see where you are all coming from. But let me make out more point:
Oasis clarification
I still LOVE the first two Oasis albums and the surrounding import singles—no dis intended there.
Never mind
Sorry, comments must be screwed up. I can't post.
One more time…
Hey guys, I loved this Crosstalk because it speaks to the serious anti-punk phase I've been going through lately. (Phase might be the wrong word because I've felt this way for a few years now.) Iâd like to challenge how this debate is framed: Basically, you guys have pitched it as the…

Pretty rockist, not a pretty rockist
Not trying to brag about my handsomeness here, folks, sorry.
Not a Band-Aid
The point of the post was to ask whether there is room for a version of rock history that reflects what people liked and listened to at the time. History without hindsight, so to speak, or at least a certain kind of hindsight. Or maybe history based purely on record charts and airplay rather than…
Seanman's answer
Hey Sean, Andy's explanation of the studio accident was cut from the interview for space. Apparently when he was doing the Monstrance record, a studio engineer over-mic'ed a snare drum and sent blasting feedback into Andy's headphones. It didn't last long, but it was enough to irritate the tinnitus.…
