I'm all for having screening kiosks at Genius bars. Before talking to a Genius, you will have to submit your help request via the kiosk, which involves you answering a bunch of troubleshooting questions beforehand.

Unfortunately techies are a niche segment. Tablets don't sell millions of units because of people like us. They need to have mass market mainstream appeal.
