3 hours of gridlock? LOL. I can get from the downtown out of the gridlock in 30 minutes any direction by taking the city streets. The worst part about Wisconsin driving are the number of unconscious drivers on the road. People feel entitled to go 5 under in the left lane while the right lane is almost empty.
