Well, except for the pyramid scheme fraud part.

Hey, New Jersey plates! Part of the Sinatra package, is my guess.
Yep. Wouldn’t Tyrell (sp?) be probably the ultimate blokes-cocking-about-in-a-shed F1 team? I suppose Hesketh, too, but he had enough money to buy in....I guess it’s useless to wish those days back - how would that look?
I’m aware it’s come & gone over the years, just didn’t know if ‘72 was refueling or not. The Wiki page covers back to....’05, with no detail on tire strategies from this era. I’m guessing 1 or 2-stop strategies were the norm? The thought of this half-dozen guys equipping their team and pulling off competitive stops…
Was there refueling in ‘72? What was the tire situation? Just wondering how these guys (who are now my heroes) would have handled pit stops.
The post is prompted by the PBY (flying boat!) debacle. Lighten up, Francis.
The category is Airplanes that Float.
This bad boy right here. The engineer’s station looks like it belongs in the Hoover Dam.
Is it reasonable to hope for better coverage next year, what with the return of Ford? I expect a big marketing push from Ford...
Don’t you hate it when real life isn’t clear cut? I mean, how can you NOT root for someone running a race team on a shoestring? But then she apparently blames others for her own wreck and RUNS ONTO A RACETRACK, which is I-don’t-even stupid.
Got it, just meant it’s something one expects of FOX.
I stand corrected. If it’s FOX there’s no moral issue.
Do you think we’ll see this kind of moralizing when it’s time to air the World Cup from Qatar? ESPN is a partner in the deaths of thousands of slaves.
A 4-pack is $8 here in Iowa, which also has excellent beers. But admittedly no counterpart to old-school, brewing-since-1860s Schell's.
GM just pissed me off with the Vega. Should’ve been a mini-Camaro (mini-Camaro-wagon!) but so many corners were cut, beginning with that aluminum block/iron head business.
Everyone needs a Porsche Cup car.
So there’s a side-facing camera above the door and a rear-facing interior cam, but no forward-facing cam mounted in the windshield where it could maybe catch the tags?
