Short-term / shareholder thinking has doomed many companies. Maybe we need to look at revising the tax structure to focus less on short term capital gains and more on long term value creation.

By all accounts Ram is actually making pretty good trucks too. It will be interesting to see how they hold up over time, but at the moment it looks like their complaints per 100000 units sold number is right on pace with GM and Ford. Ram appears to have come a long way...
