I think it's more likely that, just like anyone else who has anything in common with Trump, he's appalled that someone like him has been made President (rather than someone who is experienced and qualified and professional and committed to the job).

What's wrong with that? I wouldn't want someone exactly like me running a country either.
I would imagine it's because he genuinely does think that what he does is satire. Whether or not you agree with that, it's pretty obvious that someone like that wouldn't actually want a "satirical" President.
"That's because there's no way to satirize it. When the Simpsons did their "President Trump" gag 16 or so years ago,"
Oh, and:
I like how Kyle's mom is just understood to be an actual monster now. Like, that's basically who she is.
To be fair, I'm pretty sure they hate it too…
"Yeah, his final speech about purposely riling everyone up and preying upon human beings’ ugliest instincts is a somewhat chilling reference to Donald Trump’s rise to power. But we already have a suitable Trump surrogate on the show, and Troll Trace was always a hell of a lot scarier when it came from good intentions."
"Your dads had sex."
I'm pretty sure he just said that because he forgot the words to his songs.
Learning that they're not inherently special, being told they're subhuman pieces of shit… potato potato.
A friend of mine mentioned this: in Trump's case, and probably in the case of Brexit too, the angry frustrated people who the right are very keen to present as being working class are actually, for the most part, the traditional middle class.
'Member Aeryn? 'Member Rigel's farts? 'Member Winona?
Man, there is nothing more pathetic than someone demanding balance from satire.
Literally the first thing South Park showed in the wake of Trump's victory was some shocked looking people vomiting and shooting themselves.
In terms of political satire, we did Yes Minister, The New Statesman and The Thick Of It. And I think "In The Loop" really got across *why* our stuff is cuddly. Our political system is weird in that, when American politicians are strutting around taking their country into war, ours are doing that, but they're also…
Well no, I observed that there's a core of people who will vote Republican irrespective of who they field as a candidate. I don't think the same is true of the Democrats.
Yeah. 'Member the Jakovasaur though?
Well thank god we cleared that up.
Would she refer to people as "picaninnies" though?
