Yeah, I had Chumbucket tell me something like, “Surely the driver remembers where the steering wheel is,” little hunchback jerk.
Yeah, it’s tough to find balance there, but it did lend a sense of desperation. I played through without building most of the stuff (save for ammo refills) in the strongholds, which made the whole finding food (I still cringe at eating maggots) and water thing a bit more intense.
I also enjoyed Mad Max a bit more than Chris did. I had fun playing it, but I also saw how some might not. It’s a tough game to judge, but I recommend everyone at least try it before writing it off.
Here’s the deal, Jason. Generically Zelda-themed consoles? As Nintendo stuff goes, they’re a dime a dozen. That Majora’s Mask one you’ve got? You’ll never get another Majora’s Mask-themed Ninty console again. I nearly guarantee it.
My favorite PlayStation memory, aside from scoring that sweet 20th anniversary PS4 (my wife just bought me the matching gold headset for my birthday, too!) was actually getting my PS1.
The URL thing is likely a fluke. It says 2014 in the address as well. Someone probably incorrectly tried to post-date the article.
Haha. Not quite, it still remembers November of 2013. PS4 and Xbox One in the same week, as well as a new Zelda and Mario game. Oh, and a new special edition 3DS.
I very well may. If I can I'll try to keep the stream up until 9 or 10, though it'll also be auto-archived for later viewing!
I'll do my best to share impressions! I totally get the time issue. I feel like I don't have enough myself!
You can find me on TAY’s YouTube Gaming channel. I’ll post a blip on TAY when I’m going to go live, but right now we’re looking somewhere around 8:00 PM PST this Saturday night.
Yeah! They’re still really entertaining. If you keep your eyes on TAY, I should be streaming it on Saturday!
It’s a rough month! I’m playing lots of stuff:
I’m definitely not the biggest fan of this font.
And thus the word lumbersexual became part of my lexicon. Thanks, Patricia.
I really like your videos, Stephen. They come off raw or unrehearsed, which is cool. You’re really well spoken, which makes them good to watch. I wish I could make videos like this, but I both hate my voice and can’t keep my thoughts coherent enough to keep going.
You’re... a bit angry, aren’t ya buddy? I said she looks stupid. She does. It’s an idiotic, silly costume. She’s an idiotic, silly character. I didn’t like her in Alpha 3, and I don’t like her now.
From a narrative point, sure. But as a character? He boxed. I don’t quite see how one could even compare him to a half-naked wrestler that smashes your face in her ass as her super.
I think there’s a distinction between SFIII and SFIV characters. Dudley, Elena, Ibuki, etc were good characters, who while, sure, were a tad campy, weren’t over-the-top goofy like a luchador with a frying pan.
That depends on what SF game you’re looking at. Like I said, SFIII really didn’t have colorful, campy characters. Nobody had a super where they mashed their opponent’s face between their buttcheeks.
