Cloudmagic does that read mail feature. It counts as semi-swipe based e-mail app but it deletes notifications and badge 30 seconds after you read.

1. Spark is too heavy and slow when it comes to fetch e-mails and it requires background-app refreshing for showing badge number. Animations is problematic too.
