Having rented a bit from the Hertz luxury lot, I can say the cars are mostly in great shape. My impression I that they are a perk for frequent business travelers who are too focused and bleary eyed to spend time abusing a rental car paid for on a company card.

KC HiLites answered this question long ago with their bright covers that purposefully call attention to said lights even during daylight hours.

But if I turn them off when on the road, how will everyone know what a serious offroader I am?

Oh no, they don’t have clutch issues as long as they’re in the warranty period. It’s simply a new type of transmission you need to adjust to.

But do you bring us love?

Lol, are you sure it’s the river, or are you one of this dudes GPS recipient numbers?

I used to be a fan of the Beatles until they started singing songs about love and holding hands.

As I understand it, most rodents don’t like muddy areas (except for muskrats), so David Tracy’s strategy of keeping his cars in a mudpit makes a lot more sense now.

Only if you want your first time driver to not make it long enough to drink beer legally.

So, what I’m getting from this is, “It’s okay, because they were following orders.”

Yes. The value is whatever someone is willing to pay for it

It’s amazing to me that these cars could be had for so little. They look like a million bucks but could be had for the change found in the sofa (that’s a “chesterfield” to you, hoser;).

Westlake Tires = Instant CP, as it shows that if the owner was that cheap on something that critical, they probably cheaped out everywhere else.

I owned a 91' 2-door GMC Jimmy. This one is the 200HP version. The 160HP version was TBI injected. This was the new Vortec motor.

Just call it a high wing spoiler delete and charge for it

The wing not being available is actually doing potential buyers a favor. It looks like the kind of thing you’d buy aftermarket on eBay for $150 including free shipping that would get installed at the same time as the fart cans.

Eleanor’s likeness is also trademarked, so they do have to defend it. Taking a shot in the dark, I assume the company threatened to sue. And instead of fighting it in court, they settled out of court and part of the settlement was the Car being surrendered. Just a guess, and I’m not a lawyer

Of course, copyright holders are required to defend their properties

I’d guess when you see it’s not moving out of the lane with a fucking overturned truck blocking it?
