HOAs are unavoidable if you live in any populated area of Florida. Buying a home outside of a HOA in a metro area isn’t really possible.

Yep, every Prius I’ve ever been inside as an Uber ride always blows me away with how cheap the interior is. Maybe the newest one is better, but I haven’t been in it yet. Hard, cheap plastic everywhere. It’d be acceptable in an econocar like a Nissan Sentra, but at the Prius price point, it’s ridiculous.
