AOC calls actual concentration camps “concentration camps.” Holocaust Memorial Museum loses its shit and says we are never allowed to ever reference the Holocaust in any way, shape, or form, because that was a one-time event that will never happen again.

And now the NYT is claiming that the shoddy link was added in editing. Which would imply that instead of searching for the actual quote, they just googled “jews as bedbugs.” So to defend Bret, they’re pretending their editorial team is terrible.

It’s just so tough for those poor Respectable Conservatives when they have to leave their safe space.

I’m somewhat disappointed in Hasan (but still support him), bc he could easily avoided this drama by being less outrageous in his wording by rather saying that the responsibility for 9/11 was largely a function of US imperialism in the Middle East, which lead to the creation and objectives of Al Qaida.
