She touched a few of the strippers, which is usually against the rules. I only learned that through comments on here, I don't know if there was an repercussions for her actions.

Sigh. Why did I go to read those comments. Some commenters who I adore said really disgusting things. It's ridiculous how people can be anti-abuse unless it's someone they don't like.

It's working. Oh no! We're feeding the machine! Damn that blasted Justin Guarini and his ingenious schemes.

OH NO WHY DID YOU REMIND ME OF THAT MOVE?! WHY?! WHAT HAVE I OR ANY OF OUR FELLOW JEZZIES DONE TO YOU?!

For some reason I'd been thinking of that article recently but hadn't pushed myself to re-look it up. This article gave me that motivation I needed. Glad you appreciated it :)

It's the same. They're both used to dismiss race conversations.

Your comment both made me laugh and taught me a new word (vituperative. Another "vit" word for me to apply to people's comments.)

Did you read the article? It doesn't say no POC have ever said that phrase. Not that there's anything "to be fair" about because there's nothing unfair in my comment.

I watched Mission Impossible on Tuesday and...DAMN. That man looks fantastic in a suit. I had no clue how dreamy he was.

Grazie!

Ooh, thanks. I was racking my brain trying to figure out what it could be referring to. I re-read the Dirtbag to see if it were a correction or something. For some reason googling the phrase didn't come to mind.

What is this referring to?

That is an interesting fact. Thanks for providing it

Too funny. I didn't think the article or your comment was patronizing. But, people will read the tone they want to read, I guess.

The full sentence "Claiming that boys Brody and Brandon were so bad – and herself to be pretty unprofessional – she almost lost her job after slapping one of them"

Not trying to attack you for having your opinion (and of course my "everyone" was exaggerative). I just know a lot of people dislike Luke and many, not necessarily you, are blaming him for things, some of which aren't even things he has created.

Tracie was on maternity leave. She wasn't pushed out.

Didn't Snooki have an eating disorder in high school? I feel like she talked about that. Maybe that's why people are commenting on it? Doesn't make it right, but perhaps that's part of the rationale.
