This kind of gets at the paradox of being a car enthusiast today. You kind of have to have a dull DD. So, short of being rich with a car collection, how do we get to drive fun cars?

I think it was to drive any graphic designers nuts. That kerning is making my eye twitch.

Great column as always.

So apparently they intentionally teach this?

The new base model 2 series is the closest modern version of the all-hallowed E30 M3, so you could call it a 3 series variant (or maybe equivalent?).

The graphics upgrade didn’t go nearly far enough to rekindle my interest.

I think I just got my next big video game idea! With zombies, of course.

Fake engine noises?

The list of SUVs I like is really short, but this one is on it.

Long live the minivans. Make them fast, make them 4WD, make an Escalade van, make a micro-mini-van-wagon thing. Maybe people are finally realizing that paying the SUV premium isn’t worth it.

Whenever I find myself wishing there were more Strokes albums, I just have to remember, The Cars are out there too.

Specs are almost identical to the gen 1 (USA) Fit, and I can attest it is pretty fun with a manual (wife’s car). 50mph feels like you are flying.

Is it finished?

So, the old model is still around, it’s just called a Honda Fit.

Classic car designer weird button iconography. “My Car”? So if I break in to a Volvo and press this, does it become mine? What’s the sphere, a manual airbag deployment?

“Why did the Toyota cross the road?”

Did you press OK to acknowledge the insult?

Just give her the whole show.
