So they finally bought a “music” studio for their “metaverse”. The next logical step would be to purchase/create a “film” studio and/or a social media platform right?

Yeah if you want to play Borderlands 2 on console just pick up the GOTY when its discounted for around the same price as this.
So it is just the DLC sold as a standalone, thanks for the clarification. When I read about it today I thought its just the same old DLC but some wrote about it like its something totally new, but thats maybe because its a “new release”.
I neither played Persona or SMT and I watched that 6 minute IGN review video and for me that was utterly useless because everything from SMT was compared to Persona, and I have no clue about that, but maybe I am the wrong type of “outsider”?
Honestly, its kind of funny to look back on stuff like this after 9 years. Back then “edgy & scary” theories like these were everywhere and everyone shared them and kind of believed them (probably because it made us feel *really* smart lol). Now you read something like this and immediately recognizes that it only makes…
Tbf Epic is not an altruistic organization, their main goal with the Store was always to make more money. “Better cuts for the devs” was their pitch because the rest of the industry uses 70/30 and thanks to the way Epic has build its company, they dont rely on getting 30% to make the store profitable.
Yeah but Kotaku always tries to be snarky and contrarian when people talk about difficulty in games. Most in here dont even know or care that this feature had a toggle option in previous games.
Didnt we had the same problem with Diablo 3? Honestly incredible how Blizzard keeps making the same mistakes.
As someone who does not care at all about comics and all these superheroes this honestly is funny to read. Sounds like DC just goes through their boxes full of comic book characters (they have I assume 5 millions considering how many god damn movies and shows they make) and just randomly chooses a few characters and…

IO Interactive wanted players to buy Hitman 2 again and only backtracked after a huge shitstorm. They are not gonna do anything about this. GOG will have to do it themselves or just accept that Hitman 1 wont be on the store.
I mean yeah NFTs suck but not sure why so many people care about it. Thats how it works now. Everything is turned into money, Everything has to be exclusive in one way or another. And when something is “trendy” everyone jumps in on it to make some money before it goes away. I bet this NFT crap will be over in a year.
then saw it takes 20kto raise my 3pt shot from 80-85
Sorry but this article leaves me a bit confused, because the technical aspect is not explained well. So when you download a mod, you download the *whole* character, instead of just the feature you want (like a beard)? And why are those “ripped jeans” apparently made for all skin-tones but not the other clothing options…
Only in this case the developers confirmed its a one year exclusive deal on fig.
While not all of these games have firm release dates, according to Steam, all the games previewed during the Steam Next Event are required to have a release window between October 7, 2021 and May 1, 2022
Theres a lot more in the ruling and I am surprised Kotaku doesnt mention that. Yeah Apple lost but it could have been much worse. Epic has to pay for breaking the rules and Apple is not a monopoly according to the judge. Also it was lawful for Apple to block Fortnite, so Apple decides if Fortnite comes back on the App…
Maybe its because I played it for the first time in 2017 but I never understood why Alan Wake has achieved such a big cult status. I finished it, I really liked it but never considered it a masterpiece.
couldn’t find any definitive news before that it was coming to PC as well, which really confused and annoyed me so if that’s true, THANK GOD.
That’s a good first step but some games don’t award achievements if played in offline mode, so some games would have to implement that feature first. The playtime itself is tracked online and offline no idea why it doesnt work like that with achievments. Still a solid idea.
