I watched some people playing that and it looked really fun but I'm convinced it would just be a death zone for me. I'm not good at that kind of shooter.

I was so much less interested in Prey until I found out Arkane made it and Chris Avellone wrote it. That's about as good a pedigree as you can get for a game in this genre.
