Almost like it's a whole demographic.

Oh the humanity!

I would say that too, except there are books like this already that are much better written. They've been around forever, it's a known trope. I am astounded why 50 Shades got so big. It's fascinating, if not rather depressing.

Those who Hate Read it cannot be dismissed either.

Blacked out on the last book tour. LOL

I liken this to James Franco's run on General Hospital. He played it straight, but the very fact he was doing the medium is the stunt/joke. Then again, explaining this sort of saps out the fun.

I only by chance saw a promo for this because I started watching Unread on the same network. Otherwise I would have been WTF

I was thinking this too. It's REALLY hard. Though, Beyonce album?

[nevermind misread]

It's been a really long time since I watched a legit Lifetime movie and I was definitely cringing.

maybe a subplot about Houston's segregated schools, which were still segregated in the early 60s despite federal mandates to integrate.

This is so true, but also: TV

I remember an interview where Adam Brody (of The OC) talked about his visit to the Playboy mansion. He was mostly fascinated by Hugh's ancient tech like a big screen tube TV with a brick sized remote. That whole lair sounds like a relic.

I was pumped to read the book because I wrote YA book about the daughter of an astronaut in this same time period. The Astro Wives book is … not good. The information is good, but it's presented so strangely. You know how there are some non-fiction books that can pull you into a topic you didn't even know you cared

The main show she's known for is Roswell and that was like 15 years ago. She's great in this.

This is true, and also I am still DVRing because of my girl crush on the Kreuk from Smallville days.

Were you watching Unreal? Because it's not so bad.

YES

I think the joke is that it's serious, like when Franco went on General Hospital?

Battle Creek …
cancelled.
