Yeah, we certainly don’t want any sort of political commentary in our Watchmen adaptation.

Dude’s so frickin’ cool. I bet he was rockin’ a sleeveless ripped flannel shirt and a wallet chain and swingin’ on the flippity flop to Rage’s “Killing In The Name” before he gave that interview, probably to some cubicle drone from the lamestain media.
Not every sci-fi movie from the ‘70s and ‘80s is a goldmine of IP richness. I thought the tepid responses to Tron Legacy, the 2011 Thing and Blade Runner 2049 taught us that.
Whoa dude, ease up with the misogyny. Which as we know was the only reason to not like the Ghostbusters remake.
It had too much satanic influences, so I started a petition to force Netflix to cancel it.
I rarely see that movie discussed, but I was surprised at how entertained I was by it—and I didn’t go in with high hopes. I heard “found footage in space” and rolled my eyes, but it’s incredibly creative and well done for a low-budget film.
Ooh! Bonus points if the live action remake is a dark and gritty reboot.
As an Atari 2600 kid, I’ve always wanted a game that looked as cartoony as CUPHEAD. That said, I’m not a big fan of the actual game. It’s just too hard out of the gate, it doesn’t take time to build the world up, it’s just a bunch of different stages and bosses with no real context.
This is perfect for a fellow like myself, who was enchanted by the game’s lovingly recreated Fleischer Bros aesthetic, and also sucks quantum amounts of ass at bullet hell games.
The script was trash, but Jurassic Park Fallen Kingdom’s strengths lay entirely in Bayona’s direction. During the few instances the film clicked, it was down to Bayona IMO. His presence is good news, as he knows his craft.
The Sandman is heretical and I am starting a petition against Hulu to make sure they never stream it!
Ok, assuming Michael B Jordan is Neo, we’ll keep him. I’m also assuming that the same characters will be in it, for the most part, so going with a few random characters:
It makes no sense. The Punisher is a character that feels that the system has failed so he takes matters into his own hands. When police officers or military use that branding, they are endorsing a serial killer that goes against the system, a system that they represent! People are fucking stupid.
Except the Emperor is more
Jar JarJabba the Hutt than Palpatine.
They could have given that $200 mil to Neil Breen and he would’ve done a better job.
they were designed by my russian granpa for his xxx avengers flash game or something.
I well and truly loved Godzilla King of the Monsters. It was exactly what I wanted.
If they were talking about the movie it would be fine. I could point out a few dozen flaws that makes it a middle-of-the-road MCU popcorn muncher (A bit better than Thor/Thor2/IM3/etc, a bit worse than the rest) instead of the appropriate appetizer for Avengers: End Game.
I think you meant he was sawful in it, right? You’re welcome.
you mean ‘was awful that he didn’t get an Oscar nod’?
