Great article, and thanks for including the transcript! I like Bioshock just fine, but I think it’s heavily overrated and there’s no question in my mind that System Shock is a better game. Though it’s hailed as an immersive sim a la Deus Ex and System Shock, I found it to me much more linear and limiting.
