The big rig mechanic videos are equally fascinating. Take every aspect of car specs and maintenance and double or triple the size - tools, fasteners, brake pad size, turbos, displacement, fluids, torque values, etc.

Not only did this guy go outside, he went on a 1 mile walk through Death Valley in the middle of the afternoon in the middle of August. Not the best idea for any human.
Related: don’t ever buy a used one. You have no idea what it’s been through: accidents, years of heat cycling, damage, etc.
I know far too many parents that are in denial when it comes to car seat recommendations. Moving their kids out of seats before they’re ready, putting them in the front seat before they’re big enough, and not putting them in seats to begin with.
I skip the train if I have extra time and want to get some steps in. The walkways between terminals has some interesting art and history on display.
I fell out of a plane once and survived! Parachutes are for sissies.
The DK Engineering videos are so nice. I am looking forward to sitting down with a nice amaretto and savoring this F40 video.
It’s supposed to show how much money they have, when in fact it shows how much money they spent, and no longer have.
Taking pictures and omitting certain sections of the car, or just taking really bad pictures. If you don’t show any pictures of the interior, or you crop out the bumper, I am going to assume there’s a real good reason you don’t want me to see those. If you take a haphazard snapshot with grease on the lens and the hood…
“Do those empty Monster cans and Dollar General receipts come with the car?”
Its definitely some sort of excusive, high-end project. Wouldn’t be surprised if Porsche PR were playing dumb with you.
The front end of this car looks like it was not designed with a frunk in mind in the first place. The drop-in “frunk” definitely looks like a design afterthought.
Based on the photo, there does not appear to be a block-off panel. It looks like the “frunk” just sort of drops in there as a separate piece.
A southern California dealership makes an ad featuring the Blazer and Equinox (generally one of the hottest regions on Earth) that looks like a gigantic brush fire. Gotta be a weird coincidence...right?
One indicator of how close Tesla is to putting robotaxis on the road is Full Self-Driving, the company’s misleadingly named driver-assistance system that doesn’t actually make its vehicles autonomous.
What a tragedy. Now they will have to slum around in the small $50 million yacht until this one is fixed.
It depends on the design of the car but generally they all act like hybrids once the EV range is depleted.
I rode in a full-sized EV bus at Newark airport and it was refreshing! I sat on the back seat where the diesel engine usually clatters through the floor, and the EV was infinitely more comfortable. You could hear the whir of the electric motors and that’s it.
Even if they never plug it in, at worst it will act like a “regular” hybrid and return much better fuel efficiency.
Red car bad luck
