Old boxy Volvo wagons do not deserve more love because they already get plenty of love.

I got to drive a Beat years ago and can confirm the ITB engine sounds surprisingly good. The diminutive size, low power and short gearing are best suited for roads no faster than ~50mph. There’s a good reason this car was never sold in the USA.

That side profile is quite deceptive.  For headroom, the 2nd row looks like it will be OK. If this has a 3rd row, heads will be hitting the roof. Rear cargo capacity will also be diminished.

That’s crazy!

Yeah, it actually looked pretty decent.

The 2nd gen CL was a pretty good value.  I wouldn’t say it was particularly good looking, though.

Highly insulated, puffy winter coats are also dangerous when walking. If you slip and fall, the nature of the thick winter insulation could render you helpless and unable to stand yourself up.

Don’t forget about the Pontiac G6 (see the hideous GXP below!) and its short-lived predecessor the G5. Or maybe do forget about them. Either way, they existed. The 1st gen RAV4 also existed as a “coupe”.

Why on earth would someone downgrade the shift boot like that?  It’s a weird and seemingly unnecessary change.

I looked at the listing and the underbody is ultra clean. Was a little surprised to see the cheapo rubber shift boot.  Is that stock?

1. It is possible to address more than 1 issue at a time.

Whoever took that strategy with this car literally lost money.

Yes, it would be nice if everyone was immune to distraction and had calibrated limbs that could perfectly balance braking, steering and throttle in emergency situations.

Just a reminder how insane the RS Q E-tron looks

“Sir, the Lavatory Engineer will now be accompanied by a Police Officer. We hope you enjoyed your final flight on SpiceJet!

Yeah, I would say it felt worst when quickly transitioning from accelerator to brake. Never had that experience with any other ICE vehicle, or the Porsche Taycan EV I drove once.

The one Tesla I drove, a 2023 Model 3, had terrible brake feel especially when applying the brakes quickly. It felt like 100% regen for about 1 second, then felt “normal” after that. The amount of braking did not correspond with the input effort.  Big turn-off for me, personally.

The spark plug is designed to break upon removal?  That’s insane.
