I agree. Other than sheer size (kWh), nobody cares about batteries like they do engines.
An EV is parked for 4-5 years. What happens to the battery? Is it toast or can it be charged and put back in service?
I’m fairly certain the AMG-One shares much more than just the block from the F1 power unit.
The exotic nature of this car is undeniable. The engine is essentially a de-tuned F1 unit. Not many other modern road cars can claim that.
I’m pretty sure the individual letters and numbers come “pre-assembled” from the badging supplier. So the supplier probably passed along the mistake, and BMW just never noticed.
