I couldn't remember if she actually owned it until you mentioned J.P. McGreggor which is where I got flashbacks to her buying it with the clerk telling her to buy it before the mother eats it. :P

I was listing pets that Lisa herself has owned (she even adopted quite a few of them without the family's consent), I have not counted any family pets such as Santa's Little Helper, or pets owned solely by other family members like Bart's elephant Stampy.

Also Lisa says that she hasn't ever had a pet of her own when previously she's owned an ant farm, a canary, at least 2 dogs, at least 4 cats, a horse, a sheep, a possum, a raccoon, an ostrich, two monkeys, an elephant, a bear, a tiger and a hamster.

For those of you that don't know, most of the couch gag was a reference/reuse of the Channel 4 ident in the UK that has been in use for a few years.
