I encounter dubtitles mostly from professional North American releases.  One of those was a previous release of Princess Mononoke.  Most anime I watch comes from crunchyroll/funimation.

I believe the english subtitles in XC3 are just dubtitles like in anime.

It is also difficult for people who create/share their own music.  They get their videos reported/claimed (demonetized), while getting it sorted out can take weeks to months.  There are bad faith actors going around abusing the system.
