Well, depending on how you look at it, the Electoral College can be blamed for Trump. Without it, in a popular vote system, Hillary would have won. And it’s not the first time it’s screwed us, and it’s fucked up, and outdated, and needs to be gotten rid of (or at least drastically changed).
