Late is better than never, so good for the Academy, I guess.

I’m still shaking my head that, when Sasha Alexander wanted to leave after one season, (19 year old spoiler alert) they couldn’t just have her go out on a triumphant note, they had to have her character get shot in the head.  Yikes!

Sleuth and Deathtrap are really the same movie.

Dule Hill didn’t get to show off his charm on Wonder Years.  I hope he gets more shows that let him use the light touch he showed on West Wing and Psych.

I’ve seen the Bacon Brothers in concert, and he would be a good duet partner with Swift.  I’m glad he put the idea out there.

I’m glad that Alan Tudyk is on this list, but he was better in another role:  Alpha on Dollhouse.  Jacked up, terrifying, and tormented.  I had been mostly aware of him in his more comic roles up to that point, and WOW!

Yuck. I’d pick Rhythm Nation by Janet Jackson as number one. Word Crimes by Weird Al Yankovic didn’t make this list, but I thought the animation was genius.  And Paula Abdul’s Forever Your Girl gave us teeny weeny Elijah Wood in his first filmed performance, so that should have been here, too.

I would have put Neighbors on this list.  I loved almost everything about that show, but of 2 seasons worth of episodes, the musical ranks at the top.  Loved it.

Me, too. Fallen has one of the pop song signature moments in all of movies. Really creepy.

He was voiced by Chris Sarandon, with the singing done by Danny Elfman.

Shopping it around would seem like a good bet, since writers and actors are on strike and nobody is making new scripted content. Even imported from Canada shows may not be available since ACTRA is supporting AFTRA’s strike.

I like a lot of your choices, but I’d include Pump Up the Volume and Footloose, two movies about censored teens pursuing freedom.

Two of my favorites are Bill Pullman in Ruthless People and Patrick Warburton in practically everything (especially The Emperor’s New Groove.)

I don’t think this is a wrist slap sentence.  Restitution and community service are fair, and the course work he has to complete is reasonable.  Davidson has mental health issues. He is open about his issues. He works on them. I wish him well.

no criticism here. the promoters hired outspoken people to perform, and then acted surprised when they spoke out.

not an ego thing at all.  acts only earn a living on content they can sell, not on recordings that people take of them without permission.

heh...dolled up.  good one.

Alan Cummings confirmed the Hallie Berry story in his memoir...he was one of the other actors present.

wishing her well

wishing him a quick recovery
