Hey there, person from before Biden. Things aren’t that different now, except we dont wake up every wondering if World War 3 was started via tweet.

I think he and HBO are wildly overestimating how much anyone gives a shit about GoT anymore. Nobody cares if he finishes The Winds of Winter. Nobody cares about House of the Dragon. The only thing anyone has to say about the show now is what a disappointment and a waste of time it turned out to be. It's done. It's

How many prominent 20th century figures will Tom Hanks interact with in that room?

That’s interesting, hadn’t thought of it that way, but I definitely see what you mean

The way this show developed its characters and relationships was so good that by the time Peacemaker tells Leota that she’s his BFF, it really hits you in the feels. I got a little misty at his moment at with Harcourt at the hospital (it reminded me a bit of the end of the bee episode of Futurama) and even with Goff.

Feel different to do it with TV rather than movies. You get, what, two Marvel movies a year, typically? So, that’s like 4 hours of your time. You watch a 2 hour movie and you’re done. This is almost twice the length, and it’s a two month commitment to sit down and watch each episode weekly. It’s asking way more.

You can watch the last 3 episode of Boba Fett and you’re good

The more I think about the Book of Boba Fett the angrier I get at it. Not because of the piss poor quality, but because I think they’ve been really unfair to Mandalorian fans.

Tom Holland has the same problem as his Spidey co-star Tobey Maguire: I cannot take them seriously as adults. He’s 25 and yet he looks 15 and so I’m going to be watching this whole movie thinking, “why isn’t he in math class?”

I’m just imagining if I knew a person like this. Where every time I said I was going to see a movie or a TV show they started ranting about why everyone in every movie was bad and so I shouldn’t watch it. I would stop talking to them.

For once I’d like to read a story on here where half of it isn’t filled with links about all the reasons we should hate someone. Other publications don’t do this.

The cow is absurdly disgusting. It reminded me of the bug brain from the end of Starship Troopers.

I'm pretty sure that The Force Awakens is the only Disney Star Wars movie to not fire the director at some point in the process. The mismanagement has been terrible to watch and so have almost all the movies.

Those last few seconds really don’t sit right with me and they tainted the movie.

Remember the one where they had Carrie Bradshaw meet the Dude for no reason? Probably not because why would you?

Around 3 hours but it feels more like 10. Halfway through Ridley Scott basically stopped giving a shit about the plot and just filming highlights from the Wikipedia page, and since a lot of it barely has context it doesn’t even really make sense. And it keeps going and going and going. By the time they killed Adam

There’s one part of House of Gucci where Jared Leto’s character starts to cry, but instead of hearing his voice you hear a car horn as it transitions to the next scene. It’s hilarious.

It won’t be the same without Peter Sallis doing Wallace. It will be like Bugs Bunny when Mel Blanc died, or Kermit after Jim Henson died. The voice will always be a bit off.

They post it on their Kinja profiles instead
