In a lot of the mass market retailers/grocery stores, accepting tips is forbidden and can get the person fired if they take your offering. Which is sad because it’s nice to throw a few bucks to someone who went above and beyond. It seems like an easy way to make someone’s day.

I loved doo-dads! Also the Pizza Hut buffet is going the way of the dodo, they are phasing out the last of the locations with dine-in seating in favor of the takeout stores. I have a local chain that has honey mustard as a wing sauce option and it’s one of my favorites. It’s the only place around us that has it and it’s the one I choose every time we go there. Don’t know what it is about it but it is amazingly good.

I live in MI and there is no distribution for Tastykake in my town, but inexplicably my Wal Mart gets only their fruit pies and mini donuts, but the local dollar store will get random boxes of Krimpets and sometimes the Krimpets that are creme filled. Love Eastern Market. We got the best lamb at one of the butchers there last summer. I have been waiting for the warmer weather to justify a trip there just to get some more!
