Ever since I saw that cookie episode my only chocolate chip cookie I bake is the Chewy. That episode was life changing!

I loved Great Chefs. The narrator’s voice was so soothing to me on all of those shows. Those plus all of the shows on PBS in the 80s shaped my love of cooking.
Aldi has the best quality products, with less ingredients, better prices and less packaging than any other grocery store in my area and anyone who disagrees with them can come at me. Also notable is the fact that a lot of their gourmet items are imported from the country of origin, and oh my god their chocolates are…
Thank you! I really wanted to see Journey/Def Leppard at Comerica Prk this summer but I’ll be damned if I’m paying $125 a ticket (Before the effed up fee gouge) for a nosebleed seat. I just can’t do it! That’d end up being at least a $400 night out once you factor in parking and a pre-show dinner.
I miss three things so much about Florida now that I am gone... 1)my grandma 2)Publix and 3)Sonny’s BBQ. I love random Publix sightings on the internet. Thanks for bringing a smile to my day...and those images are the bees knees ;)
Theres a local chain in Toledo that has a similar pie that also has chopped pickles on it and it is DELICIOUS.
Yes! My favorite growing up in the 80's was the orange Nerds blizzard.
Metformin in this case is prescribed to treat the symptoms of PCOS. It aids with weight loss which can be very difficult for PCOS sufferers. I take both that and Spiro for PCOS and it makes a huge difference. If you are able, see an endocrinologist who will know more about treating this. Good luck!
Curious about the vegetable pie, can you share some more details?
Can confirm this. A salad was brought to dinner last year and literally the only person who ate any of it was the person who brought it. Thanksgiving is the day to carb it up, nap, repeat.
I had my last first date on a Sunday, we just celebrated (yes I know it’s nauseating) our 3rd year date-a-versary and recently moved in together. It’s definitely a thing!
Its not for Halloween; take it from a (reformed) born and raised Southern Baptist, it’s for the church Harvest Parties cause you’re not allowed to trick or treat
Would that be Right Brain CEO Stout? SO GOOD. I am actually going to be there in a couple of weeks. They have some really crazy experimental brews in their pub. I’m excited!
I live in MI and have bought more clothes at Meijer than I normally would just for this reason! I love it so much that everything is available in every size, on the same rack with no fanfare. Plus they have some awesomely made jeggings that fit me perfectly.
OMG I was living in Jacksonville when they were opening that place and the pearl clutching of the Southern Baptists was at mass hysteria levels. I can’t believe this joint is still open!
OMG all of this. I hate this toothpaste and am mid-way through the second tube because it was on clearance (wonder why) and I had coupons, so I stocked up. The cap doesn’t close right starting with the first use, and it INFURIATES me how the plastic just bounces back after I dutifully squeeze it all down toward the…
Just had the 2014 and 2015 of this side by side at a football tailgate a couple weeks ago. Outstanding, both of them. Really different tastes.
I saw this comment and actually drove to Detroit to get this beer! Can’t wait to try it.
Hey! You must be close to me. I regularly get craft brews at Marinos in Sylvania.
Soft Parade is so good!! My favorite Shorts brew. I've also been enjoying their ciders, made by their new company, Starcut. Super good.
