Megalo Box is great and people should watch it.

For me the upgrade to a PS5 now was that my OG PS4 was way too long in the tooth at this point and I never did the “pro” model upgrade. I delayed playing many exclusive games over this as I didn’t want an experience I would have personally found subpar.

Electric bill guy, I’ll make fun of mercilessly.

If you’re an Australian and you’re reading my words, take the plunge and buy it. I’ve played through the game as intended, and a second time using cheat engine to change my stats in order to explore more options, both wonderful experiences. I loved Inland Empire, but you make your own choices and enjoy the unfolding

I will say my wife and I, habitually, forget to pay the electric bill every December since it’s always due right around Christmas and all the chaos that comes with that, luckily they don’t shut down until you miss two months but that January bill often comes with a pretty hefty pricetag.

I picked up Alpha Protocol for like $2 on Steam several years back and keep telling myself I need to play it. I’m pretty sure I’ve actually had it installed all this time! A lot of my favorite games are ambitious games that don’t quite hit their target so I wouldn’t be shocked if I wind up loving it.

Well either way, Nike has never stepped up before to try to enforce something like this, which won’t bode well for them in court.

EDIT: Nevermind, whatever. Pretty sure we’re all just internet lawyers with access to Google and no actual legal knowledge talking out our butts.

So you can buy shoes and resell them, but not if you paint them?

Guess what, kids? You can’t just take someone else’s work, repaint it, and sell it as your own creation.

Really? Where does the line for that go? Are you allowed to buy building material from a hardware store, build a house and sell it as your own creation?
Or maybe buy paint and use that to create a painting and sell it?

MSCHF hasn’t said this is a Nike product afaik. They’re making a brand new product, obviously they

Unfortunately, AP was so bug ridden at launch, it killed any enthusiasm anyone had for the game.  Obsidian once again being bullied by a publisher into releasing the game in an unfinished state because said publisher wanted the game out immediately.

I feel like stepping back into a bit of nostalgia with a PS1 title I really enjoyed first. Azure Dreams (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azure_Dreams) was a fun little strategy title that was actually also my first interaction with harem anime tropes and Pokemon-style monster pets.

Damn man that sucks you whiffed on being a jerk to that guy and ended up being wrong yourself

It gets even better with Jerry’s news post... 😂

Penny Arcade is WAAAAAAY too on the money today.

I told her that neighbors are more important than a stream and stopped streaming.

This is the correct attitude.

It’s his math, not mine! I’m a reporter, not an accountant, and I do not trust myself to know his finances better than he does. That said, I do intend to interview him after this is all over, and I will absolutely press him on the real total, because I have a feeling that no matter what, it will differ pretty

Meanwhile, video game sales surged during the pandemic. I bet somebody at Konami wishes they were still in the business of making those. Just not somebody with any authority, unfortunately.
