You’re still contagious, and can transmit the virus if you’re exposed. You can contract it, but your body’s immune system suppresses it: which means you’re still carrying it.

You can still transmit it to other people who aren’t vaccinated in your life. Zero people have said you can go mask-free after you’ve been vaccinated.
