I agree with that view, for whatever that’s worth.
180+ hours on console. I’ve had some problems, but nothing nearing what was trumped up by the media.
Tranq rounds only go in the arm projectile. You’ll have to give up your Gorilla arms. But, they 100% KO any human they hit. Mactac, Cyberpsychos, etc etc.
Projectile with tranq rounds = 1 hit KO for all humanoids.

Find a lot of this hard to believe. 20+ in VA is a felony, and faces MASSIVE fines and imprisonment. They don’t take shit like that lightly in VA at all.
Grew up in this area. Depending on what year, I likely know the Trooper that tagged you on radar. He was a chill dude, generally only went after people 15+ over the SL, and didn’t give much of an effort to get people.
Holy hell that’s sexy.

He was playing audio telling people to evacuate the area for nearly an hour before he detonated it.
Todays patch was 17gb itself.
You’re talking about this bullshit slideshow, right?
You could specify it’s a potato on the first iteration of last gen consoles. Kind of an important fact when it comes to the quality and playability of the game.
