This sounds like bullshit. Skyrim has auto-save everytime you enter/exit an area and you don’t get a horse within the first 15 minutes of the game.

I’d pick a few small towns across the country, and buy every citizen in them each the same exact car. I don’t know what, precisely. But the agreement would be they have to recycle or donate their existing cars, and I’d replace them with brand new cars.
