WHO IN THE FUCK IS THAT NOW

I won’t be, quite happy living inside the beltway.

They’re unopened. I’m sure the insect feces amount is less than the tolerable threshold.

I waited for over an hour, now it’s my duty as a Gizmodo commenter.

It’s important to get your online “I told you so” in on a grieving mother as soon as you can. May nothing accidental ever happen to someone you love.

“It is still not clear to the family how Malachi got his hands on the dangerous weapon. Stephens said that he got the gun from a friend who got it from someone else.”

Breasts transcend language

Misspelled Strom Thurmond (including spelling Thurmond two different ways in the post), lots of grammar and spelling mistakes, and mentioned the Army even though Charlie Murphy was in the Navy (clearly stated in the article). Nicely done.

It’s not cheating because it’s something allowed by the “rules” of the game - the “rules” in this case being the game’s code. It’s the equivalent of someone finding a legal loophole and then using it. It’s not intended, but it’s still within the “rules”.

The people speedrunning these games have probably completed them the normal way, way more times than any of us. For real.

The point was the poster wanted to learn and/or understand why people like it. I see no harm in people actually answering the question so the poster can better understand it. Some people like learning new things. I don’t mind speedrunning so didn’t need the explanations, but I enjoyed reading the responses posters

To me, it still drastically seems like cheating and “hacking.” I guess I’m missing the differentiation of “I speedran this game in .8 seconds.” vs “I speedran this game, skipped all of it’s content in .8 seconds.”

So any game (video, card, or even athletic) needs to have rules. Deciding what is and is not a glitch in a video game is not a perfectly answerable question. Is it cheating to grind for experience against a random encounter that seems to have been out-of-place and probably a mistake? Is it a glitch to take a different

Don’t think of it as speedrunning, think of it as a curation of several impressively hard-to-find glitches that, in a more impressive feat, can be lined up in front of each other to beat the game quickly without completely breaking it.

There are many different kinds of speed running. The people who are most interested in it usually look for anything that can be done without actually hacking the game. Glitches are fairplay and usually require more skill to pull off than playing the game “correctly”.

Shouldn’t have said that. Now you’re going to get raked over the coals.

I am confident there is much more to this story than what you provided...

Fucking 2nd amendment. I’ll never know why the founding fathers thought arming bears was such a good idea.

It’d be “Hawk Guy” seems obvious.

I'm giving myself an Adult Award this week because the other day I asked a guy out, he said he wasn't interested, we had a conversation about it, and now we're going to continue being friends and I feel good about it.
