Fun fact! The Jeep Cherokee 2.4L has active shutters in it’s grille. Depending on the heat of the engine, and the cooling requirements, more or less of the grille can be open at any given time. It’s designed to keep the engine at a healthy temperature, and save on aerodynamic drag for better fuel economy when it can!
