You dont understand why they would have difficulty because it seems you have never played the game... Firstly, it can take about 2 or 3 min for an AFK to get to the ground. That is too short a time to kick someone thats not moving, as the meta at some stages in the game is to hide in bushes etc.

I dont see them making any new game. Theres no such thing as GTA online 2. Look at all the really good F2P games out there. They will never make a “number2" They game will just keep progressing as is. They have invested a huge amount in GTA V online. Expect it to be there for a very long time.
